My passion for sculpture extends to sharing my creative journey with other like-minded creators.
I have been running sculpture workshops since 2017 and still get excited seeing how other people interpret what I teach them.
I ask all participants to bring along their collection of found objects. Sometimes one particular object within their collection stands out and can often determine what they are going to make. For example, a piece of bowed metal can be horns, or an old sprinkler head in the shape of a heart. I then go on to explain or assist them in the construction of their works of art.
Woodworking and metalworking techniques are taught in a safe and fun environment.
Sculpture workshops are run at the Mundaring Adult Creative & Learning Centre twice a year.
Regional workshops are held at the request of the host, providing participant numbers make it viable.
